Delayed or Lost Packages

Rize Fitness Co is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can review the issue.
