Return Policy

At Rize Fitness, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Because our products are used in athletic training and come into direct contact with the body, we cannot accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, please contact us at rizefitnessco.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
